A grand, 19th century building, the hotel is very elegant in appearance and has been partly modernised.
Rooms are medium-sized and are well presented with white walls and red carpets. Furniture is dark wood, and the general appearance is one of a hotel with class and definitely worthy of its 4 stars.
The reception area is medium-sized and there is a seating area located on the right hand side. Steps lead up to the main hotel areas to the left of the reception desk.
The restaurant serves international cuisine and the quantity and quality of the meals are high level. The service is very helpful and friendly.
