Skeabost House Hotel

The Skeabost Country House Hotel is set in its own estate of landscaped grounds and woodland on the Isle of Skye. This stylish but traditional Victorian hunting lodge nestles comfortably on the coastal shores of Loch Snizort and the adjoining River Snizort and makes for an ideal relaxing retreat.

All of the rooms at Skeabost Country House Hotel are spacious and comfortable, with baked shortbread and fresh fruit available in each. The guest lounges offer a warm Skye welcome with glowing log fires and restful sofas. The Red Lounge has a variety of books as well as a range of drinks, coffee and canapés. The Green Lounge is also the Games Room, offering a range of board games and other quiet pursuits. The snooker room, previously the old family chapel, has a full size snooker table.

The hotel's 18-hole golf course stretches beyond the Hotel into the estate and along the Skye shoreline. The Skeabost Country House Hotel also has 8 miles of the best salmon and trout fishing in Skye along one of the best salmon rivers in the west Highlands.
