The Residence am Hauptbahnhof is located in the heart of central Hamburg, a few steps away from the main station, and only minutes from the picturesque Alster and the shopping streets. The entire hotel has recently been refurbished to a very high standard, offering guest rooms with quality en suite facilities. Reception is on the first floor (accessible by a steep staircase only - not suitable for those with mobility difficulties) and there is a lift from here to all the other floors. This is included in the price.
