The hotel is located near to the centre of the city, opposite to the 'Cascine', a large public Park. It is 100m from the river Arno and very close to most of the important historical and artistic sites around.

This is a purpose built modern style hotel, with an architectural style dating from the mid-seventies.
The hotel has a beautiful large lobby area furnished in a modern style. The reception desk is coloured by dark brown with spotlights. In front of the reception desk there is part of the modern sitting area with yellow easy-chairs. Behind the easy chairs there is another large sitting area,carpeted, with grey sofas,an american bar at the left side with yellow and red coffee tables. Three grey coloums are in middle of the sitting area.
The restaurant is located on the lower ground floor, and again is decorated and furnished in a modern style with potted plants and flowers placed discreetly in corners and by pillars.
The rooms are elegantly furnished in a modern and contemporary style. they are tastefully decorated in pastel colour and equipped with modern comforts. The decors are modern and the style is elegant.
