We considered this to be a very reasonable hotel for something within walking distance of most Florence sites. Parking was a bit pricey at 25 Euro per day (contract garage - the hotel's was full). Nice room with balcony overlooking the courtyard; very complete breakfast included; rather nice happy-hour type spread also available in the early evening. Staff was friendly and helpful. This is not the Ritz, but certainly met 3 star expectations for a downtown hotel and we considered it a reasonably good value and a fair price.

This was our 2nd stay in Florence and our 2nd stay at The Adler and again we were most satisfied.
It was clean, comfortable, quiet and the breakfast was superb..Also the staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely good value for money and thoroughly recommend it to others.
If we visit Florence again we will definitely be staying at The Adler again.

It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The bed linen was changed daily and clean towels were provided daily too.
The hotel was walking distance to all the main sights, the duomo the campanile, pontevecchio, Boboli gardens and the Uffizi gallery. The breakfast was good and plentiful and the staff were very pleasant. I would definitely stay at the Adler again and would recommend it to anyone thinking of going to Firenze.

This is a great hotel we have been going for the past 4 years and have never been disappointed. It's near the station which is a nice area in Florence and it is enar some of the best restaurants. Rooms are lovely and very clean, hotel has everything you need.

very nice and clean hotel. kind of far from duomo area, but all of the buses leave from train station next door. try to figure out bus system to reduce walking. Advantage is that there is a nice coin laundry two doors down and rental cars are 2 blocks away for a side trip to siena. oh, breakfast is nice, but coffee is always cold--order cappucino for breakfast instead since it is hot.

Good location next to station and easy walking distance to centre and all attractions. Didn't actually spend that much time in or around hotel as there is that much to do and explore in Florence. Room was quiet from outside noise but did get woken a couple of times from opposing rooms and cleaners. Room is comfortable, hotel clean and welcoming, staff helpfull and try their best to be friendly but going through the motions sporting a plastic smile at the end of the day (Andrea top bloke though, ask for him if you need anything). In summary, I would recommend this hotel, indeed go back there if in Florence again. A good base to explore the many attractions of Florence. Must add that my first time Skoosh experience was excellent also...best price (believe me, I compared them to everyone else), excellent response times and good clear, quick confirmation of reservation (I checked directly with hotel to make sure of reservation)

Great location, very comfortable, and staff very helpful. no restaurant in the hotel, but many nearby. Excellent breakfasts, though. Fitness center had only 3 pices of equipment, and one of those wasn't working........ but it was still better than not having any exercise facility available!

Would definitely recommend the Adler Cavalieri. Just returned from a 4 night stay and found the location to be perfect. The twin room was ample and decorated to a high standard, including the bathroom which was marble throughout with plenty of space. There was good choice at the buffet breakfast but aim to be there by 9 as one morning we arrived at 10 (finishes at 10:30) and there was very little left and wasn't being topped up.
All in all, very happy with the hotel, great value for money and Florence a beautiful city, will definitely return.

Hotel location was good, truly walkable from railway station, but directions would have been useful. Room was fine if a bit small and bathroom had no bath, only shower which is fine in summer. Light switch in bathroom truly impossible to find or turn on in dark.
A small selection of drinks in mini bar but absolutely no glasses. in room! None at all.
Pleasingly quiet rooms in busy Florence with air cond meant good nights sleep.
Staff generally helpful.
Good location for sight seeing.
we are experienced travellers and would say that with small but tasteful rooms, no bath, no room service except at breakfast no pool and no meals except breakfast, this is good 3 star not a 4 star hotel.
