The hotel was old, but clean and in a great location if going to Soldier Field, the museums, etc. in the Grant Park area.

Staff, especially desk personel, were very helpful . This hotrl gives you the best bang for your dollar. Rooms were clean and hotel was was a short cab ride to major attractions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Price was reasonable and the staff was very helpful and attentative. The staff at the adjoining cafe need some better skills though. I was trying to have a conversation and the staff kept hovering over us to take our plates away and it seemed like they were pushing us out the door.

I would recommend it to others. It was very nice and the service was excellent and was a great location for Chicago. The room had a wonderful view of Chicago and I was really impressed with the room and view. I was a little disappointed with the size of the room, I thought it was a little small and there was a door between me and the next room and I didn't like that aspect because I do like my privacy in a hotel room. Overall it was a good vaulue for the money and I was well pleased with everything. I thank you for helping me with the reservations. Thank you again for everything!

Unbelievable price for downtown Chi Town. Based on value for money, this was one of the best hotels experiences I've had,.
Room was big & clean, had a partial view of Lake Michigan. Staff were helpful & friendly. Hotel has a restaurant & bar attached which was excellent, serves breakfast, lunch, dinner & cocktails!!
Great location, Grant Park & Millennium Park are right there, the Shedd aquarium, Field & art museum are a short walk. We walked to the Magnificent Mile too!
Highly recommend this hotel especially if you are on a budget!

For the more than reasonable price I got the room with windows loking at the lake!! I guess I was just lucky :-)

The close location to a Bears game or the Feild or Shed is great! The hotel is older but everything was clean. This was $200 less the Hilton 2 blocks away.

Terrific location. Very busy in the lobby, doubtless owing to the excellent price, but other than having to queue a bit on check-in/check-out and accessing the luggage room, I'd recommend it highly. Staff were friendly and attentive... the stairwells and access areas were a little dank and grim, but if you're not totally posh and spoiled, I'd say this is the place for downtown Chicago at a super price.
